Shipping and Return Policy

Interpretations and Definitions:


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions and these definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Disclaimer: “Company” - referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Disclaimer refers to Circuit Parts “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. “Service” refers to the Website. “Website” refers to Circuit Parts website, accessible from Home “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

The following terms and conditions constitute our Domestic Shipping Policy:


All Orders are processed during business days only. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.


Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic shipments the delivery time is 3-5 business days. For international shipments the delivery time is 7-10 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Circuit Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Circuit Parts may accept return of certain orders under special circumstance decided by the Circuit Parts team and under case to case basis. Contact a Customer Service Representative for a return request. Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of shipment. This does not include items identified as “NCNR”, “Non-Cancelable/ Non-Returnable” (“Non-Standard Products”), Downloadable Software (“Digital Delivery”), or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter. Only products originally shipped by Circuit Parts will be returned to Circuit Parts. All others will be promptly quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. If a Customer returning products to Circuit Parts, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Circuit Parts and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or other such sources of the product. The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions. Return Freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments. We will not refund shipping charges unless we have made an error in the shipment of your order. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged, misused, or modified. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% on returns of non-defective items. We will try to replace defective items, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price. For domestic refunds, it may take up to 5-7 working days for the credit to appear on your account. For international refunds, it may take up to 14 working days for the credit to appear on your account.
